Go ahead and take a stand
and look out into all directions.
If you see all the right things,
you might realize invention
comes within your own perception.
Things the world will never mention.. no

When the time feels running thin
and I fear my own rejection,
I distrust the thoughts within
merely scared of self reflection.
Will I ever stop depression
or the questions of obsession… no?

Melancholy once again,
my own mind creates prevention.
My heart the lock, but there’s no key
with a soul that’s full of tension.
As I word this vague confession
I reveal sincere affection.
